Welcome to Travel Via Sam, an independent affiliate of Taylor'd Travel, a Nexion Travel partner. By choosing to book with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, Effective May 28, 2026: 

1. Our Role & Supplier Responsibility 

• Agency Status: We act strictly as a sales agent for travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, and cruise lines. 

• Liability Waiver: We are not liable for supplier errors, omissions, cancellations, schedule changes, or financial insolvency. 

• Supplier Terms: You are bound by the specific contracts, cancellation penalties, and terms of each supplier you book with. 

2. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements 

• Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents and itineraries for accuracy. The names on your documents must exactly match your government-issued identification. 

• Passports & Visas: You are solely responsible for verifying and meeting all destination entry requirements, including visas and vaccinations. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your travel date. 

3. Pricing, Payments & Chargebacks 

• Payment Authorization: By submitting a payment authorization form, you authorize us to charge your payment method on behalf of the suppliers for agreed-upon travel. 

• Price Fluctuations: Supplier prices and availability are subject to change without notice, including adjustments due to currency exchange-rate fluctuations. 

• No Chargebacks: Except in cases of fraud, you agree not to file credit card disputes or chargebacks to bypass our or our suppliers' booking terms. 

4. Changes & Cancellations 

• Written Requests: All requests to change or cancel a confirmed booking must be submitted to Taylor'd Travel in writing. 

• Penalties: Third-party supplier cancellation penalties will apply. Unused travel portions or deposits are often completely non-refundable. You are responsible for any cost increases or change fees imposed by the supplier. 

5. Travel Insurance 

• Protection: We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and travel delays. 

• Our Partners: We partner with Allianz Global Assistance and Travel Insured to offer reliable, comprehensive coverage options at competitive and reasonable rates. 

• Declining Coverage: If you choose not to purchase insurance, you agree to hold us harmless for any losses or financial impact incurred due to unforeseen travel disruptions. 

6. Travel Risks & Special Needs 

• Assumption of Risk: Travel involves inherent risks, including extreme weather, health hazards, and political instability. By booking with Taylor'd Travel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your travel. 

• Special Needs: Please notify us in advance of any disabilities or special needs. Keep in mind that international destinations may have limited accommodations and medical facilities compared to the United States and Canada. 

• Ticketing Violations: Airline booking violations, such as "hidden city" or "point-beyond" ticketing, are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your remaining itinerary and financial penalties. 

7. Data Privacy & Software Usage 

• Data Collection & Purpose: To accurately quote, book, and facilitate your travel arrangements, Taylor'd Travel must collect sensitive personal information, including but not limited to legal names, dates of birth, contact details, passport information, and payment methods. 

• Travel Management Platforms: Your information is securely managed, stored, and migrated using third-party agency management and itinerary-building software. By booking with us, you consent to your personal data being processed through the specialized platforms we utilize to design your vacations and manage your client profile, such as but not limited to, Travefy. 

• Supplier Sharing: We explicitly share your required personal information with necessary third-party suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators) strictly to fulfill and confirm your travel itineraries. 

• Privacy Guarantee: We respect your privacy. Taylor'd Travel will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to outside data brokers or external marketing firms under any circumstances.
