You also have someone in your corner before, during, and after your trip if questions or unexpected issues come up.

For peak travel times, I recommend booking at least a year in advance, especially for holidays, school vacations, and popular cruise sailings or resorts. For cruises, booking as soon as the sailing is released is often best, as pricing can increase and the most popular cabins can go quickly.

No, I don’t price match online booking platforms or large “big box” travel sites. I will always work to find the best available price and make sure we’re getting the most value from your travel investment, while also considering the service, perks, and support that come with booking through me.

Points and miles cannot be used to pay for your trip through my services. However, I can often add your existing loyalty numbers or rewards to your reservations when applicable, so you still receive eligible points, miles, or loyalty benefits.

I cannot book vacation rentals through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO as they are direct-to-consumer. I can however book select vacation rental properties through my travel partners when they are available through my professional booking channels.

Travel insurance is not required, but I highly recommend it to help protect your travel investment from unexpected situations such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. I can provide policy options and quotes to help you make an informed decision. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, I do require you to formally decline coverage.

While I can work within different travel budgets, my focus is on finding the best overall fit and value—not simply the lowest price or compromising the benefits and experience that matter most to you.

It depends on the trip. For cruises, you’re welcome to book your own dining, entertainment, or other onboard extras, and I’m happy to provide recommendations or help arrange excursions and experiences when appropriate. For clients who have paid a cruise planning fee, cruise planner bookings are complimentary.

For other vacation planning, my services are generally focused on planning and booking the trip as a whole. Air can also be arranged separately when needed, with an additional fee depending on the service requested.
